Across 4 months we will soften into our wombspace, finding safety in self. Taking time to understand your ancestry & uncover the wisdom that flows through the iron rich blood within. We will connect to the elements, the seasons, the land and spirit as we yield into the teachings of your unique journey.
What is being illuminated, how is the conception portal expressing itself?
How is it mirroring your relationships, your creative expression, your red thread.
Deepening into your bodies intricate nature, to find your individual expression of fertility. Creating space to appreciate when your body is opening itself to creation, and when is it asking for solace and solitude.
Utilising scientifically supported methods, and embodied practices you will lean on your internal compass to listen & track your fertile and non-fertile windows within each menstrual cycle.
Sessions will include practices to support your journey into deep listening - including somatic meditations, Shamanic drum journeys and embodied movement.
We will uncover ancient fertility rituals that may support to curate a devotional daily practice. You will leave the container with a deep understanding of your menstrual cycle and the bodies natural signs of fertility that support conception.
Unfurl what this journey is bringing forth, what is being called to shift. Where are your spirit babies guiding you and how can you support yourself to become the mother they are coming for.
