Across 4, or 6 months we will soften into our wombspace, finding safety in self.
We unravel all our lineage and all that has shaped you into the woman you are today. We will find power in ancestry, connecting to the women that have come before, understanding their birthing imprints and the belief systems that now run through you. We will consciously connect to the strength that guides you and softly let go of the stories and patterns that no longer support where you are going and all that you wish to achieve so that you can bloom unrestricted and unconfined.

- Utilising evidence based menstrual cycle awareness (Symptothermal method) I will support you to follow your inner rhythms & identify your fertile and non-fertile phases within the cycle.
- Deepen into the nuances of fertility such as nutrients, toxins, stress, lifestyle and how they impact our fertile soil within.
- How can we support our bodies with devotion, what rituals do we feel drawn too and how can we deepen into these practices to support fertility
